Your order will be sent by Royal Mail. If nobody is home to sign for the package, the postman will leave a "while you were out" card. You can collect the package from the local sorting office (the address will be on the card) or call the number on the card to arrange a redelivery.
If you think your parcel should have been delivered and you have not found a "while you were out" card (they can get scooped up with the junk mail) please contact us and we will track your parcel for you.
