What are my delivery options?

All deliveries are insured and will require a signature on arrival.   If you can't see a delivery option that works for you please contact us on the number or email address above.

Standard Delivery dispatched within 5 working days (arrives within 2-5 days of dispatch)	£4.50
Express Delivery guaranteed in 2 working days for orders received by 6pm (Mon-Fri excl. Bank Holidays)	£7.50
Next Day Delivery guaranteed next working day for orders received by noon (Mon-Fri excl. Bank Holidays)	£9.50

What if I'm out when it arrives?

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail. If nobody is home to sign for the package, the postman will leave a "while you were out" card. You can collect the package from the local sorting office (the address will be on the card) or call the number on the card to arrange a redelivery.

If you think your parcel should have been delivered and you have not found a "while you were out" card (they can get scooped up with the junk mail) please call us on 08445 616862 and we will track your parcel for you.
