On July 31st, Yarwood-White will be taking its last orders for the forseeable future.  You can read more about the reasons why here, but we'd love you to come and celebrate eight wonderful years with us on Friday 29th July.  

Pop into our studio any time between 12noon and 5pm for a glass of Champagne, and to find out where we go from here.  You might even pick up a sparkly or two at a give-away price!

Although Friday is our last open day in the studio, we will be taking orders on the website until midnight on Sunday 31st July.

  

 

 

    

Award Nomination for Yarwood-White

Voting opens online at Perfect Wedding Magazine on the 15th June and winners will be announced in the magazine and at a swanky London awards ceremony in September.

Royal Blue Tiara Fit for a Princess

March 2011

We have just launced our new limited edition Royal Blue Side Tiara to celebrate the forthcoming Royal Wedding.

We were inspired to create a design featuring sapphire blue after Kate Middleton chose to wear the late Princess Diana's blue sapphire engagement ring.

The blue sapphire is a wonderful stone for engagement rings and wedding jewellery as it represents fidelity, and the deep blue stone has an extensive history as a jewel for the Royals.

The side tiara design is modern and fresh which works well with loose or structured hairstyles.  This beautiful silver plated side tiara features Swarovski crystals and diamante stones to create the ultimate sparkle, guarenteed to bring out the princess in you!

Designer Accessory Event in Oxford

February 2011

We are very excited to be teaming up with the fabulous girls at Ellie Sanderson in Oxford for another of their must-attend Accessory Events.

We will be at the beautiful boutique on Wednesday 9th February 5-8pm, 26 Little Clarendon Street, Oxford to showcase our brand new collection and give brides plenty of advice on the best accessories to choose for their big day.

The multi-award winning photographer David Bostock will be on hand to talk about your photography wishes and desires whilst showing his stunning work.

Book Your Free Mini Wedding Hair Trial

In February we are exhibiting at the Designer Wedding Show for the fourth year, and are so excited about another three days of champagne, designer catwalk shows, and wall-to-wall wedding glamour.
 
This show is a must-visit for London brides, and as usual it is a fantastic opportunity to see the full Yarwood-White accessory collection and meet our team in the flesh.

Bridal Buyer Awards Finalist 2011

January 2011

We are delighted to be a Finalist in the most prestigious wedding industry awards, the Bridal Buyer Awards.  Yarwood-White has been shortlists in the Best Bridal Headdress Category, against some stiff competition which includes the best names in the industry.

The winners will be decided by a judging panel of experts and announced at a glittering ceremony at the British Bridal Exhibition in March.

No Extra VAT

We will be paying the VAT difference on your behalf, which means you still pay 2010 prices.  There have been no price rises on our site, in fact, many of our best-selling items are currently on sale, so check out our Sale page if you want to save even more on the cost of your wedding.

Brand New Collection for Fashion Forward Brides

We are thrilled to unveil The Blackburn Collection - an exclusive range of accessories designed by Yarwood-White in collaboration with Blackburn Bridal Couture.
 
Russell Blackburn, owner of the prestigious boutique, spotted that brides were struggling to find jewellery and headdresses to complement their distinctive gowns.
 
"Many of our gowns feature antique lace, vintage style embellishments and embroideries, and the new Yarwood-White collection complements the dresses perfectly.” said Russell.
 
Unusually for bridal jewellery, the designs feature coloured gemstones and pearls. Talking about her inspiration for the collection, Clare Yarwood-White said “The bride who wears The Blackburn Collection does not follow the crowd. She is style-conscious, but not slavishly fashionable, and prefers to create a truly individual bridal look.  By using dusky pinks, antique golds, smoky quartz and flashes of fuchsia crystal in our designs we have created vintage inspired accessories for brides who will set the new trends.”
 
The collection includes headbands crafted with gold-plated leaves, multi-layered rope necklaces, faceted gemstone chandelier earrings, statement cuffs, delicate pendants and antique-style brooches and hair pins.

We are delighted to announce our first US stockist; the Claire Pettibone Flagship Salon in Beverley Hills, California.
 
Claire Pettibone is a leading bridal gown designer whose collections are sold in prestigious stores thorough the world, as well as her own beautiful LA boutique.  Her vintage-inspired creations combine romantic embroideries and lace with soft tints of colour.
 
A range of Yarwood-White jewellery and hair accessories designed to complement the Claire Pettibone Bridal Couture gowns will be available in the boutique from November 2010.
 
  

 

 

    

New Studio for Yarwood-White Team

October 2010

 
We are thrilled to have moved Yarwood-White HQ to our new home at The Medicine Garden in Cobham, Surrey.  Just round the corner from our old home, but worlds apart from your average studio, we are now situated in a renovated barn within an amazing 19th Century walled garden.
 
For the first time, brides will be able to visit us in our studio, see how we work, view our full collections and commission bespoke pieces from this inspiring setting.
 
The garden also has an onsite wedding planner, coffee shop, antiques dealer, gift shop and workshop where you can learn new skills from cake decorating to flower arranging.
 
The creative and peaceful environment is the perfect place for a stressed-out bride to be to come and rest, revive and be inspired.  We are now taking appointments for consultations from early November and look forward to welcoming you with coffee and cake.

The Enchanted Garden collection is a range of 12 neckpieces, and each one is an eclectic mix of gemstones, Swarovski crystals, glass, and organic beads such as wood or pearls.
