Our vow to you. We don’t mind if you change your mind, even on bespoke or tailored jewellery.
A wedding is a precious thing, and we handle with care. We think it is a Bride’s Prerogative to change her mind, expect the impossible, and sweat the small stuff.
We make a vow to you, our customer, that what you say goes, and that we won’t tut or sigh if you change your mind. We’ll even cheerfully refund your money on bespoke or tailored orders, if you aren’t happy for any reason. This is the most important day of your life, and we are thrilled to be your partner in it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
On 31st July 2011 Yarwood-White will be taking its last orders for the foreseeable future. You will have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund. Although our website will not be active after 31st July, you can still contact us at discover@yarwood-white.com with any product related queries until 31st August 2011.
How can I return my jewellery?
When you receive your jewellery if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us at:

including all original gift packaging and taking care to make sure the jewellery is adequately protected. You are welcome to return the jewellery in person to the address above, but please call first to check opening hours.
Refunds or Exchanges
Please return the jewellery to us within 14 days of receipt stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange (you can always call us first). Postage for returns is at your own expense, but we recommend you send it recorded or special delivery. We will let you know when we have received the jewellery and you will receive an email confirmation for your refund or exchange. You will be charged postage for the replacement item at the appropriate cost.
Please note design fees for Bespoke or Tailored services are not refundable or creditable.
Faulty Goods
Please return the jewellery to us (or call first) explaining the fault. If the item is faulty, we will refund the cost of the item, including original delivery costs to you, plus delivery costs incurred by you when returning the item to us by Royal Mail.
